The ability to hold a conversation is the basis of learning.
Immersion is the most effective way of learning a foreign language even though it is a bit more difficult in the beginning.
An innovative approach
In the past, writing and reading were considered more important to the detriment of comprehension and oral communication. The teaching style offered by BlaBla focuses on developing communicative skills to facilitate spontaneous and natural use of language.
Teaching is focused on concrete activities.
The good command of the language is closely linked to daily and relevant situations: these will be integrated into the teaching of the language.
Learning through mistakes
Making mistakes is closely linked with the act of learning. With the BlaBla approach, learners are encouraged to express themselves without holding back; during the initial training period, fluency prevails over accuracy. A summary report of areas to develop is sent after every lesson to learners, and gradual mastery of the language settles in.
During the 30 minute free trial, a teacher will evaluate a learner’s level, identify and review areas for improvement for speedy progress. This online trial, without obligation, will allow a learner to comfortably review Bla Bla's teaching methods.

Soon after class reservation, your assigned teacher will send you a task for completion. This exercise is adapted to a learner’s level and need.
During each session, a learner works together with his/her assigned teacher to review class tasks: the teacher explains grammar and vocabulary points, and answer questions.
After each session, a learner receives a personalised report detailing successes, mistakes, correct pronunciation of the words used during the conversation and new vocabulary. Also, a new task to be completed is sent to the learner for the next session.
BlaBla’s yearly subscriptions are renewable with no
obligation. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the personal
account by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” tab.
For better sound quality and exchange, Bla Bla recommends the use of a headset. This equipment isn’t indispensable but improves learners’ experience.
Learners must indicate from their personal account the choice of session dates and times based on learner and teacher availability.
Open a Skype ® account and download the free software onto your computer, Smartphone or tablet.
You may also provide a landline number for teacher-learner contact.
Click on “free trial” tab to gain access to forms indicating choice of day and time for learning session.
You may even send a document to the teacher on a topic of your choice (an examination theme, a specific job …) to be used during the next scheduled lesson.
